Oh cool - I write a lot about work (which you'll see), so it's kind of my thing right now since I don't have any human children (I have two furkids - Lucy and Cooper).

I am a National HR Project & Process Manager for the Home Services Division of Sears Holdings. I do a lot of projects where I revamp or write new policies and processes in order to align our businesses. It's fun! My specialty is recruiting - I did that for another company and SHC.
